Dos Olas Is Closed for the Season
Dos Olas is now closed for the season as we transition into spring at Pendry Park City. Thank you for being part of another unforgettable winter filled with lively après, bold flavors, and incredible memories on the plaza.
We look forward to welcoming you back in June 2026 for another summer of vibrant energy, mountain views, and the spirited Dos Olas experience you know and love. Until then, we invite you to explore our other dining experiences throughout Pendry Park City.
Our Food
Good times, great food, repeat. At Dos Olas, we believe that Mexican cuisine is best served with a side of casual fun. We look for fresh, bright ingredients and flavors and spin them into an array of dishes inspired by both traditional Mexican cooking and a coastal, California take on it. Then we top it all off with a robust menu of tequila, mezcal, cocktails and beer. And serve it all up in generous style with dishes for family-style sharing, savoring or cantina-inspired snacking.
